SIGNATURE COCKTAILS
IRISH OLD FASHIONED
The classic old-fashioned cocktail made with your favorite,
Grey Coast Irish whiskey.
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Coast Irish Whiskey
1 sugar cube
2 dashes of angostura bitters
Splash club soda
Orange peel
Build
Place the sugar cube in an old-fashioned glass
Add 2 dashes of bitters
Add a splash of soda water
Muddle until dissolved
Fill the glass with ice cubes and add Grey Coast Irish Whiskey
Garnish with orange slice, and a cocktail cherry
McDOWELL MULE
Irish whiskey-based spin on the Moscow mule.
Ingredients
2 oz. Grey Coast Irish Whiskey
½ oz. fresh lime juice
4 oz. ginger beer
Lime wedge and fresh mint
Build
Fill a copper mug or similarly sized glass with ice
Pour in the Grey Coast Whiskey and lime juice
Fill the glass with ginger beer and gently swirl it with a spoon once to mix
Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
COASTAL SOUR
An American classic with an Irish twist.
Ingredients
2 oz Grey Coast Irish Whiskey
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Orange wheel or maraschino cherry
Build
Add all ingredients into a shaker.
Dry shake (no ice) vigorously in a shaking tin.
Add ice to the shaking tin. Shake for about 7 seconds.
Add ice to a glass.
Double strain contents from tin to glass.
Garnish with an orange wheel or maraschino cherry.
Enjoy!
WHITE ROCKS
Grey Coast Irish Whiskey, grapefruit juice and ginger-ale are
the three stars of this drink – and they play together very nicely.
Have one… whenever you want.
Ingredients
1.5 oz. Grey Coast Irish Whiskey
2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
2 oz. ginger ale
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Grapefruit slice
Build
Fill a copper mug or similarly sized glass with ice
Add all ingredients except ginger ale into a shaker.
Shake for 3 seconds.
Pour into an ice-filled glass.
Top with ginger ale.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
Enjoy!
GMAC
A new take on an old favorite. Change up your classic whiskey
and ginger with this refreshing cocktail that packs flavor into
every sip.
Ingredients
1.5 oz. Grey Coast Irish Whiskey
1 orange wheel
1 lemon wheel
2 oz. ginger ale
2 oz. tonic water
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Build
Add citrus wheels into highball glass and muddle.
Top with ice.
Add Grey Coast Irish Whiskey.
Top with ginger ale and tonic water.
Stir and add Angostura bitters.
Garnish with orange and/or lemon.
Enjoy!

of sweetness – ideal for any time, and always the most
excellent order.
Ingredients
1.5 oz. Grey Coast Irish Whiskey
0.5 oz. maple syrup
3 oz. cranberry juice
0.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
Handful of frozen cranberries
Rosemary sprig
Build
Pour Grey Coast into a shaker, add maple syrup,
followed by the rest of the ingredients.
Add ice.
Shake for 3 seconds and pour into a glass.
Garnish with cranberries and rosemary sprig.
Enjoy!
